Welcome to Baths and Floors (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, online platforms, and in-person services, including flooring installation, flooring remodels, bathroom remodeling, and stone contracting throughout Prescott Valley, Arizona, and surrounding areas.

By accessing our site or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue using our services immediately.

2. Our Services

Baths and Floors provides expert remodeling and installation solutions for both residential and commercial clients. Our key offerings include:

Each service is delivered with professional standards, project-specific contracts, and personalized design and construction excellence.

3. Estimates and Proposals

  • All quotes and estimates provided by Baths and Floors are valid for 30 days.
  • Any modifications, material upgrades, or design changes will require a revised estimate.
  • Work begins only after written client approval (by email or signed contract).
  • Price adjustments may occur if material or labor costs fluctuate.

4. Payments

  • A deposit is required to confirm your project start date.
  • The remaining balance is due upon project completion unless otherwise stated in the signed agreement.
  • Late payments may incur a 5% monthly charge.
  • Payments can be made by check, bank transfer, or secure online invoice.

If a payment is not received on time, Baths and Floors reserves the right to pause or terminate ongoing work until payment is completed.

5. Project Timeline and Delivery

Project timelines are shared after the approval of design and materials.
Delays due to weather, supplier issues, or client-side changes may occur; we ensure open communication throughout the process. Baths and Floors will always aim to complete projects on time without compromising quality.

6. Warranty and Quality Commitment

We proudly back our craftsmanship with a 1-year limited warranty on workmanship.
Manufacturer warranties apply to specific materials such as tiles, flooring, or stone.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Improper use or neglect by the client
  • Unauthorized modifications
  • Natural wear and tear or environmental damage

Warranty claims must be submitted in writing to info@bathsandfloors.com.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Provide unrestricted access to the project site during scheduled hours.
  • Ensure all required utilities (electricity, water) are available.
  • Obtain HOA or local permits, if applicable.
  • Keep personal items, valuables, and pets away from the workspace.

Failure to comply may result in project delays or additional costs.

8. Intellectual Property

All photos, designs, text, and materials displayed on our website or promotional content are the intellectual property of Baths and Floors. Any reproduction or redistribution without written permission is prohibited.

9. Liability Limitation

Baths and Floors is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Delays caused by third parties or suppliers
  • Client negligence or misuse of installed materials

Our liability is limited to the total project fee received for the specific service.

10. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Clients may cancel projects prior to commencement with written notice.
  • Deposits are non-refundable once materials are ordered or work begins.
  • Partial refunds (if applicable) are calculated based on completed work and materials used.

11. Dispute Resolution

Both parties agree to resolve disputes amicably through direct discussion or mediation before legal action.
All disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and handled within the jurisdiction of Yavapai County.

12. Changes to Terms

Baths and Floors reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. The most recent version will always be available on our website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of updated terms.
